Richard Low , William Davis , and Joseph Montisano , were all three Indicted for breaking open the dwelling-House of Jacob Curtis , and taking from thence a Callico Quilt, a pair of Holland Sheets, and a pair of Blankets, the Goods of the said Jacob Curtis, on the 9th of October last, about the Hour of Nine at Night . The Evidence against the Prisoners was Jones, who depos'd That himself and Prisoners went to the Prosecutor's House, That Low lifted up a Sash and went in, that he bundled up the Goods and threw them out of the Window, while the rest were below, that they carry'd them to Elizabeth Brown , and sold them, and shar'd the Mony amongst 'em. The Jury found them all Guilty of the Indictment.
