John Wetherly , of St. Andrews Holbourn , was Indicted for Stealing a pair of Leather Baggs, a Holland Shirt, a pair of Shooes, a pair of Stockings, with other Things , the Goods of William Townsend , on the 6th of November last: But the Evidence against the Prisoner not being clear, the Jury acquitted them.
