John Warminger , of the Parish of Hornsey , was Indicted for breaking open the Dwelling House of Henry Buckingham , on the 3d of August last, between 2 and 3 in the Night, and taking from thence, 3 d. in Farthings, the Mony of John Walker . But the Evidence not proving the Fact upon the prisoner, the Jury acquitted him.
