Joseph Tose, alias Towse , a little Boy , of the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch , was indicted for feloniously Stealing a silver Watch, and a Blood-stone Necklace, and divers other Goods of John Trotter , on the 10th of December last. The Prisoner upon his Tryal did not deny the Fact; the Jury considering the Tenderness of his Age, found him guilty to the value of 10 d.
