John Bentley , of the Parish of St. Andrews Holborn , was Indicted for Feloniously Stealing a pair of Boots, 7 pair of Shoes, a Hammer, a pair of Nippers, a rubbing Stick, and a Shoulder Stick , the Goods of James Gilling , on the 18th of May last. The Evidence
against him not being sufficient to Convict him, he was Acquitted .
