Robert Miller , was Tryed upon a Writ of Restitution, for receiving Goods that were Stollen from Mary Peak Widow , but it appeared none came to his Hands, he was Acquitted , and being suspected to entertain ill Persons, he was ordered to give good Security for his good Behaviour for 12 Months , which he did in Court.
