Emblem Gold and Mary Stratford , both of the Parish of St. Andrews Holborn , were Indicted for Felony and Burglary, for feloniously stealing from William Battersby a Silver Tankerd, a Cup, 2 Porengers, 9 Spoons, a Fork, a Corral, divers other Goods to a great value, and 2 Petticoats, and other Goods of Catherine Battersby . It appeared that Gold was a Servant to Mr. Battersby, and took the Goods and gave them to Stratford, who pawned them in Shoe-lane. Gold had little to say for her self; and it not appearing to be Felony in Stratford, she was Acquitted , and the other found Guilty of Felony .
