Edward Fowler , of the Parish of St. Ethelburg , was Indicted for Felony and Burglary, for breaking the House of Edward Norman , on the 20th of September last, and taking thence 7 pair of Sheets . It appeared that the Prisoner broke the House and took the Goods; and one that was in the Fact deposed that he and the Prisoner broke down the Boards and went into the drying House and took the Goods, which they afterwards sold; It was very full against him, the Jury found him Guilty .
