  Henry Cecil , and   Ralph Denham , of the Parish of  St. Dunstans in the East , were Indicted, for feloniously Stealing, 7 Iron Hearth-plates , on the 12th of January last, the Goods of   John Nicols Esq ; There not being sufficient Evidence to Convict them, they were Acquitted .
