  P - S - was Indicted upon 2 Indictments, the first for Robbing   B - P - of a Ring with Bristol Stones, an Amathyst Locket, 9 Guineas, and divers other Goods on the 16th of October , in the 10th Year of the King. The second for picking his Pocket of a Crosier set with Diamonds and Rubies , on the 4th of July last. The Facts were not fully proved against him, he was acquitted of both Indictments.
