William Clare , of the Parish of St. Brides , was Indicted for Felony and Burglary, for breaking the House of Richard Rogers , on the 10th of October last, about Four in the Night, and taking thence two Sirloins of Beef, value 10 s. and two Shoulders of Mutton . There was no Evidence against him, he was acquitted .
