Thomas Moore was Indicted for a Misdemeanour, for writing and publishing a most wicked, Prophane, Seditious and Devilish Libel, called, Aurea Clavis, in which was contained many Devilish and Wicked Sentences . The Fact was plainly proved against him, and he likewise confest that he was of the Sect of the Origenists. He was thereupon found Guilty .
