Margaret Fountain , of the Parish of Edmonton , was Indicted for Felony and Burglary, for Breaking the House of Thomas Cranaway , on the 25th of November , in the 10th year of his Majesty's Reign, and taking thence a Hat, a pair of Sheets, and divers other of his Goods, a Clock, three Sheets, seven Plates, and divers other Goods of Sarah Caudell . The Prosecuter declared, that he did not know the Prisoner, nor could not tell whether she was the Person that Robbed him, the Jury thereupon Acquitted her.
