Jane Prescot , of the Parish St Martins in the Fields , was indicted for feloniously stealing a Cloath Coat, a Stuff Coat and Wastcoat , the Goods of Isaac Jaques , on the 28th of October last. The Prisoner denied the Fact, and said that the Goods were her Husbands. It did not appear that she stole them; the Jury acquitted her.
