Gabriel Hall , together with Samuel Hall , and Thomas Clarke , not yet taken, of the Parish of Stepney , were Indicted for feloniously stealing a Silk Petticoat, a Scarf, 5 Gold Rings, and 9 l. in Monies numbred , the Goods of Luke Storme , on the First of January last. The Evidence declared that the Prisoner stole the Goods, and that he sold part of the Goods in Salisbury-Court, and the Rings to a Goldsmith in Fleetstreet. The matter was fully proved against him, though he denied the Fact; he could not call any Witnesses to his Reputation, the Jury found him Guilty .
