John Mart , of the Parish of White-Chappel , was indicted for Felony and Burglary for breaking the House of Samuel Pemfret , on the 29th of January last, about Seven in the Night, and taking thence a Silver Salver, a pair of Casters, a Tankard, two Cups, 4 Salts, 3 Spoons, with divers other Goods , to which Indictment he pleaded guilty , and said that he was very sorry for what he had done, and would rely upon the mercy of the Bench.
