Mary Murrfey of the Parish of St. Michael Bassishaw , was Indicted for feloniously stealing a silver Tankard from William Austin , on the 15th of April last. It appeared that the Prosecutor lost his Tankard, but could not say, that she did take it. The Jury acquitted her.
