Peter Paul , together with John Rind and Thomas Hiron not yet taken, all of the Parish of St. James's Westminster , were Indicted of Felony and Burglary, for breaking the house of Ursula Edwards Widow , on the 30th of August , about the hour of Two in the Night, with an Intent to steal the Goods . It appeared they got a Ladder, and put it to the Window; took a Pane of Glass, and were going in: But the Prosecutor waking, they were put to flight, and pursuing them, the Prisoner was taken. Being carried before a Justice, did confess the same; that he was to watch, whilst the other robbed the house. The Jury taking it into consideration, found him guilty .
