Richard Eltham , Susan Smith and Alice Body , were indicted for forging a false Letter of Attorney in the name of one William Watson , Mariner, belonging to His Majesty's Ship the Ruby, and by that means did receive of His Majesty's Pay-masters of the Navy the Sum of 15 l. 3 s. and did divide the Money amongst them ; and after a long Tryal they were all found guilty .
