John Salter , Tried for Feloniously stealing a Silver Pendulum Watch from one Mr. Barton . The said Mr. Barton coming from Bagshott , was Set upon by three Highway-Men, who Robbed him of his Watch, and other Monies . The Prisoner being taken at St. Sepulchres Watch-house, and being searched, the Watch was found in his Breeches. He said he bought it of three Men at Kensington, but could not prove it. He was found guilty of Felony.
