James Bruce , Scotchman, was tryed for stealing 14 yards of Linen, Cloth out of the shop of Mr. Charles Murray on the 17 of November last; he came into the shop, and took the Cloth, and run a little way with it, and then was taken with the Cloth about him, which he could not contradict; so he was found Guilty .
