William De Veville and Anthony Shaftee , were Indicted for stealing 2 Iron Hasps, and 2 Steples, value 4 s. out of Mary-Bone Park , in April last, which Irons were fastened to the Posts belonging to the Rayles . The Evidence swore home against them; but the Fact being rather a Trespass than a Felony, they were both Acquitted .
