John Low was Indicted for Felony and Burglary, for breaking the house of Richard Clarke on the 3d instant, between the hours of one and two in the night, taking away six pewter Dishes value 20 s. The Evidence said that two Men were seen to come out of the house at Mile-End Green with pewter Dishes in their custody, one of which was the prisoner, who was immediately taken, and found to be burnt in the hand before, and an old Offender, so he was found guilty of Felony and Burglary.
