At an Adjourment on Tuesday the 26th of July, the following Convicts received his Majesty's most gracious Pardon on the Conditions mentioned.
To be transported Seven Years, viz.
Daniel Miller , capitally convicted in Dec. 1758, and William Smith , otherwise John Turner , in May last.
Fourteen Years, viz.
Robert Castello , in May 1759; Elizabeth Goodman , Ann Lyon , and Robert Newington , in December last; Elizabeth, otherwise Esther Lyon , in Feb. last, and John West , in April last.
During their natural Lives, viz.
Richard Mitchel , in July last; George Watson , otherwise William Smith , Hans Eeg , William Autenreith , in January last; James Ward , James Brown , in May last, and George Clippendale , in April last.
