The Trials being over, the Court proceeded to give Sentence as followeth.

Received Sentence of Death, 1. Anthony Gery .

Burnt in the Hand, 23. Tho. Warman , Anne Hodges , Tho. Davis , John Appleton , Rebekah Windam , Mary Clay , Eliz. Cole , John Davis , Eliz. Williams , Alice Farendon , Katherine Johnson , Edward Withers , Mary Blake , Henry Norris , Josiah Coney , William Yarwood , John Gibson , Alice Pendergrass , Margaret Gill , John Jones , John Mills , Rodry Awdry, Jane Sawyer , alias Holloway.

To be Whipt, 5. Daniel Potter , Edward Morris , John Prestridge , Mary Best , Joseph Fisher .

John Welsh and Robert Davis fin'd 20 Nobles each, and to stand in the Pillory at Field-Lane End, St. Paul's Church-yard, and Cheapside Conduit.

O - W - to stand 3 times in the Pillory, and be removed to Exeter.

Edward Withers to be sent to Bridewell, and there be kept at hard Labour for two Years.
