The Tryals being over, the Court proceeded to give Judgments as followeth.

Received Sentence of Death,

B-- C--, Pellam, alias Phillip Corbet, Margaret Evans, William Fry, Herbert Herring, John Kind, Joseph Oxon, alias Oxley, William Price, Rebecca Petty, alias Adams, alias Jones, James Stanley, William Pheasant, Mary Harris, and William Bartholomew, Thomas Cavelley, died in Prison, before Judgment.

Burnt in the Hand,

John Armstrong, Elizabeth Bedford, William Bates, William Blackmore, Richard Bennet, John Clarke, Arthur Chambers, C-- J--, John Covey, Stephen Cox, William Day, Anne Frogg, Elizabeth Floyd, Thomas Field, Joseph Fisher, Jane Holloway, Alice Hudson, Hester Harwood, Anne Harris, Thomas Jones, Richard Jones, Thomas Laws, William Langton, Elizabeth Moor, Mary Philips, John Paydon, alias Thomas Lock, Mary Pool, W-- E-- , Thomas Rachey, Mary Stafford, Margaret Taylor, Elizabeth Willis.

Richard French, Geroge Dockwray, and Roger James, Samuel Barber, and William Molder, were respited till Further Order.

To be Transported, one Thomas Badge.

To be Whipp'd,

Jane Matthews, Mary Bunch, Anne Coleman, Joseph Day, Mary Franklin, Grace Price, William Paterson, John Robinson, Alice Reading, Thomas Simonds, Jonas Sevatt, Peter Tayler, and Thomas Williams.

James Brockett and Henry Coster, were fined 13 s. and 4d. each and ordered to stand in the Pillory, at Charing Cross, Admiralty Office and at Westminster-Hall.

Thomas Kookson fined 100 l. and find Suretyes, for his good behaviour for seven Years.

John West fined 20. marks and find Suretyes for his good behaviour for seven Years.

Thomas Stroud fined 3 s. and 4 d. and find Suretyes for his good behaviour.

The Women pleaded their Bellies, had a Jury of Matrons was Impanell'd, who found that Rebecca Petty, alias Adams, and Mary Harris to be not with quick child, and Margaret Evans to be with quick child.

By reason of so many Criminals this Sessions, there was not room (in this Paper) to put in the Tryals of William Pheasant for a Rape, Mary Poole, a Gypsie, Rebecca Jones, a Notorious Offender, &c. An Account of them will be published together with speed. Printed by F. Collins in the Old-Bailey.
