The Tryals being over, the Court proceeded to give Judgment as followeth. viz.

Received Sentence of Death, 10

Jane Blair, John Bellingham, Elizabeth Browne, John Bransey, Henry Chapman, Frances Fox, Richard Holden, alias Browne, Henry Jackson, Elizabeth Malcher, Susan Ralph.

Burnt in the Left Cheek, 6.

Francis Child, Ann Edmunds, Elizabeth Harrison, John Harding, Henry Marshal, Thomas Palmer.

Burnt in the Hand, 1.

George Hart.

To be Transported, 2.

Elizabeth Clarke, Elizabeth Perkins.

To be Whipp'd, 8.

Jane Chatterton, Margaret Dewly, Jane Metcalse, Mary Pemberton, Mary Smith, Elizabeth Winder, alias Windrum, Thomas Walter, and William Watson.

Jane Blair, Susan Ralph, and Elizabeth Malcher, pleaded that they were quick with Child, and a Jury of Matrons being Impannelled, found Elizabeth Malcher to be with quick Child, and the other two not to be with quick Child.

Mary Butler was Fined 500 l. and to remain in Custody till she pay the same.

Humphry Iveson Fined Twenty pound, and to remain in Custody till he pay the same.
