The Tryals being over, the Court gave Judgment as follows:

Burnt in the Hand Ten.

Abel Dodson , Nicholas Bacon Jonath . Wights, Thomas Noon, Francis Lejchfield , James Wignail , John Barret , Agnes Charles , Margaret Maye , and Thomas Caveley .

Received Sentence of Death Ten.

Elizabeth Browne , William Bond , John Hoane , William Delacore , Thomas Kelsey , James Tivedel , James Chivery , Charles Brooks , Sarah Burrows , alias Hill, and Ann Dye , alias Thomas, alias Whitwood.

Elizabeth Browne , Sarah Burrows , and Ann Dye pleading their Bellies, a Jury of Matrons were call'd who affirm'd they were quick with Child.

Solomon Ball was Fin'd 100 Marks; and to find Sureties for his good Behaviour a Twelvemonth.

James Williamson , Peter Dean , Walter Hunt, and Mary Gardner , were ordered to be whipt from Newgate to Hicks Hall.
