The KING against DUNN and SMITH .
On the second day of the Sessions, Mr. JUSTICE PARK delivered the decision of the Twelve Judges upon the above Case, which confirmed the conviction. Dunn has accordingly received sentence of Death - and Smith of Transportation for Fourteen Years . The particulars of the above decision shall appear in the next Report.
