| Print-friendly versionWilliam Deveral , of the Parish of St. Andrew Holbourn , was indicted for breaking the House of Eliz. Davis , between the Hours of 3 and 5 in the Morning, and stealing thence a Porridge port, value 30 s. 1 Fish-kettle 40 s. 2 Stew-pans 30 s. and other Goods , the Property of the said Eliz. Davis, on the 24th of August last. There were abundance of Circumstances which proved the Fact beyond Contradiction, and the Jury found him Guilty .
