John Stone , was a third time indicted for stealing a Cloth-Suit, value 4 l. 10 s. and other the Goods of Tho. Robinson , out of the House of Elizabeth Tresear , on the 23d of January last; which being fully prov'd upon him by his own Confession, he was found guilty .
