  George Grahams of the Parish of  St. Martins in the Fields , was Indicted for Robbing   Jane Shudbrook on the Highway, on the 9th of February , and taking from her two Past-board Boxes value 2 s. with some Head-dresses and other Goods belonging to   Richard Shudbrook . It appeared the Prisoner met the Maid in the  Strand ; and passing by her, suddenly turned back, and snatched the Boxes from her, and run away; upon which she cried out stop Thief, he was closely pursued into the House, where he was seized, and the Goods found about him; He had little to say in his Defence, he was found Guilty .
