  Mary Price of the Parish of  St. Giles's in the Fields , was Indicted for feloniously stealing from   Thomas Philips , on the 14th of November , one Silver Watch with a Tortois-shell Case value 5 l. It appeared that the Watch was found in the Prisoner's Custody, having confest the taking of it when taken up for another Felony. She had little to say in her defence, and could not prove how she came by it, the Jury brought her in Guilty .
