Robert Lewis and Jasper Marrey a French man, was indicted for Felony and Burglary, for breaking the House of Benjamin Holt , and taking thence 6 Silver Spoons, a Silver Tankard, a Watch, and other things of value ; the House was broke open about 3 or 4 in the morning, and they bound the Prosecutor in his Bed, so they were found guilty .

They were a second time indicted for breaking the House of Mr. Porteine at Westminster , but Mr. Porteine having notice given him by the Waterman of their coming, they were prevented of their design, they were found guilty .
