  Richard Palmer and   Richard Lorriman was indicted for picking the Pocket of   Paul Peregrine of 5 l 18 s. in Money ; the Prisoners Palmer and Lorriman being together near  Bow-Church , they jostled the Prosecutor; and he presently finding his Pocket lighter, was told by a Gentleman that the Prisoners were the persons that picked his Pocket, and upon pursuit the Money was found in Lorriman's Pocket, which he said was given him by a Gentleman, but could not prove it; he was found guilty , and Palmer not guilty .
