John Edwards , J - S - and Richard Colehampton , were indicted for Felony, for stealing from John Evans forty yards of White Broad Cloth on the 18th day of January : The Prisoner Edwards alledged, that the Goods was left him by one Henry Oxton , who, he said, is now in Their Majesties Service, but could not prove the same, so was found guilty ; and J - S - and Richard Colehampton not guilty .
