Matthew Thomas , was Indicted for Robbing Daniel Leery , on the 12th Instant, in the Street, as he was going along, in St. James's Parish , snatching his Hat and Perrywig off his Head, in the Night, between twelve and one of the Clock . The Prisoner had little to say for himself, he was found Guilty .
