James Deale alias Reynolds , was Indicted for breaking the house of Thomas Harrison Esq ; on the 28th. of October last, taking thereout, three Lac'd Crevats, value 10 l. one pair of Lac'd Ruffles, value 3 l. one other pair of Ruffles, value 20 s. the Goods of Thomas Harrison . The Evidence against the Prisoner, deposed that he came into the house and took away the Goods, soe he was found Guilty .
