Edward Little , of the Parish of St. Martins in the Fields , was indicted for breaking open the House of the Right Honourable Christian Lady Newport Widow , and stealing from thence three Pewter Plates, a brass Candlestick, &c. The Evidence being clear, and the Prisoner saying little for himself, he was found guilty of Felony and Burglary.

There was a Second Indictment against the Prisoner, for breaking the House, and Stealing the Goods of one Matthew Shannio , which was likwise fully proved against him, he was found guilty of Felony and Burglary.
