Peter Roach , and Richard Halsey , of the Parish of Stepney , Indicted for robbing of one Elizabeth Handerson . They were likewise Indicted a second time, for robbing Alexander Handerson . The Evidence for the King was, That the said Roach and Halsey, with two or three others, broke open the house of the said Handerson, and robbed him of three gold Rings, and one silver Cup ; which being strongly proved against them, the Jury found them Guilty of Felony and Robbery both.
