William Mullins , Indicted for stealing a parcel of black Cloth, of very considerable value , from Abraham Johnson . The matter of Fact thus, the Prisoner running away with the said Cloth, was observ'd afterwards to drop it; whereupon he was found Guilty of the said Felony.
