To be Whipt, 9.

  Mary Carter , Sir   Charles Burton .   William Young ,   William Hilton ,   Mary Harris ,   Peter Mills ,   James Hopkins ,   James Pope ,   Matth.ew Dowling . All former Convicts.

To be Transported, 13.

  Ann Baxter ,   Robert Craft ,   Ann Low ,   Martha Anderson , alias Blacklock,   Jane Barclay ,   Sarah Churchill ,   Thomas Glinister   Lewis Furges ,   Abel Wild ,   John Alston ,   Thomas Williams , (not he that stole the Tankard)   John Wedgwood ,   Susan Ware .

  Sarah Turbat , to stand on the Pillory at Boe-lane end, Cheapside, and suffer 6 Months Imprisonment.

  William Bristom to suffer 12 Months Imprisonment, except he will suffer himself to be transported before the Expiration of that Time.
