V - E -, G - C -, William Smith , John Long , Elizabeth Johnson , alias Wells, Anne Smith , Henry Hargrave , Mary Chennery , John Gerrard , Robert Godfrey , Thomas Shorey , Katharine Ely , Elizabeth White , Anne Bartley , Alice Douglass , Thomas Cane , William Eckersly , William Bowman , William Clark , and Frances Nightingale .

To be Whip'd, 8.

William Llewellyn , Richard Currant , William Hammond , Mary Moor , Robert Passmore , John Thomas , William Veal , and William Willis .

Thomas Martin Fin'd 40 Marks, to stand twice in the Pillory, and to find Sureties for his good Behaviour for 3 Years.

Mary Knight , and Margaret Hopkins , pleaded their Bellies, and a Jury of Matrons being impanell'd, Margaret Hopkins was found Pregnant, but the other not.
