The Tryales being over, the Court proceeded to give Judgment, as followeth:
9 Persons received Sentence of Death: viz.

Patience Jones , and Susan Rogers , were Reprieved before Judgment, Margaret Smith , pleaded her Belly, upon which a Jury of Women were sworn and gave their Verdict that she was with Child.
